Abstract
This research mainly focuses on energy security, which has risen as the core of recent non-traditional security issues, and analyzes how the regional integration index will fluctuate in the early stages of cooperation if energy security cooperation occurs in Northeast Asia. It analyzes the fluctuations in the regional integration index during the progress of the early stages of energy cooperation in Northeast Asia. The analysis involved the selection of sub-indices of the existing regional integration index, which measures the level of regional integration of one region, and the calculation of those sub-indices.
