Abstract
This research mainly analyzes the nature of trade policy of three major Northeast Asian Countries including China, Japan and Korea, especially in an agricultural sector. I argue that the most sensitive sector would be the agricultural sector if three countries agree to realize the FTA among themselves. Three countries have already agreed bilateral FTA with ASEAN including agricultural sectors, so it takes the ASEAN case as a useful case study for the analysis. Under this research aim, this study provides various types of primary data—analysis in agricultural sectors for the comparison of different FTA strategy among three countries. In conclusion, I assert that it would be recommended for China, Japan and Korea to lower the level of their current FTA negotiation conditions to negotiate in the agricultural sector.
